Cancellation Instructions:

All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to our travel agency via email: contacto @ vemundotour.com

Cancellations by the Client:

– Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the tour will incur a charge of 10% of the total tour amount as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the tour will incur a charge of 30% of the total tour amount as a cancellation fee.
– No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 15 days before the start of the tour.

Cancellation charges will apply according to the following schedule for tour bookings of 1 or 2 people:

– Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the tour: Full refund.
– Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the tour: Full refund.
– Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the start of the tour: Full refund.
– Cancellations made within 12 hours before the start of the tour: No refunds will be made.

Cancellations by the Agency:

– In the event that the tour is canceled by the agency due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the tour for a later date or receive a full refund.
– The agency will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation of the tour.

Changes in Reservations:

– Changes to reservations, such as changes to tour dates or number of participants, will be subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
– Changes to reservations must be requested in writing by email and confirmed by the agency before being considered valid.

Refund Procedure:

– Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after receiving the written cancellation request.
– Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original reservation, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
– The agency will not be responsible for any additional charges that the client’s bank or financial institution may apply in relation to the refund.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By making a reservation with our agency, the client fully accepts and understands the terms and conditions of our cancellation and refund policy.
