It is important that clients check into your hotel/hostel before joining our tours and mention your property when booking.
We will apply our cancellation and refund policy. We will inform you of any cancellations and work together to find a fair and transparent solution.
In the event that a client does not pay the suggested amount of USD 10 on «Free tours», we will not be able to recognize the full commission. However, you will receive a reduced commission of 4 thousand Colombian pesos as compensation.

PAYMENTS AND COMMISSIONS
You receive your payments monthly through PayPal, bank transfer, Nequi or Bancolombia.
To request your payment, you must meet the following conditions:
- Have accumulated a minimum of $20 in commissions.
- Have a PayPal account or an active bank account.
- Have provided your correct payment information.
There are no charges for receiving your payments. VE Mundo assumes all costs associated with the transfer of funds.
You can request your payment once a month, starting on the 1st of the month following the one in which you generated the commissions. For example, if you generated commissions in January, you can request your payment starting February 1st.
Payment requests are processed within 5 business days. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Yes, but you must follow the rules which are part of our Terms and Conditions. Affiliate users must not use the keyword (Trademark) “VE Mundo” in ads, or in any part of the ad text: title or body text. Affiliate users may not use the keyword “VE Mundo” or any VE Mundo trademark in online advertising campaigns (including, but not limited to, metadata or search-based advertising, such as Google Adwords) without the prior written consent of VE World.
Visitors have 30 days to register with VE Mundo after clicking your affiliate link. This means that if a visitor clicks on your link and then registers with VE Mundo within 30 days, you will receive the commission for that sale.
Rewards are paid every month. You will receive your payment per month from the day you requested it.
